His achievements in endoscopy could not have been accomplished without dedicated support from his wife, Norie. She raised 3 sons while supporting her hus- band’s busy work. All of his sons followed in their father’s career: medicine. They also enjoy tennis, like their father. During vacation, the family plays tennis together.
