摘要

ABSTRACT Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) is a promising method of secure identification and authentication of devices. PUF provide cheap, efficient and secure authentication. A PUF will generate a specific bit pattern response for a specific challenge. Since the response depends on the inherent properties, the attacker cannot replicate the PUF device even by knowing its design. In this paper a new delay based Silicon PUF design has been proposed and logically simulated to obtain its result.
