摘要

In order to ensure the safety of traveling block and rotary hook in the process of drilling operation. The traveling block and rotary hook material fatigue test were carried out, and got the main bearing S-N curves of material of main bearing. Established the model of the rotary hook and traveling block. On the basis of fatigue test, the finite element analysis of the traveling block and rotary hook was carried out by using the parameters of the experiment. Determined the fatigue characteristics of main bearing of traveling block and rotary hook in rated load .This paper has a guiding significance for the design and safety of the traveling block and rotary hook.
