Objective: To study the evaluation value of the quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG)for the prognosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and its relationshipwith serological indicators. Methods: 76 children with HIE who were born and treated in ourhospital between April 2013 and February 2017 were collected as observation group, and 50healthy newborns who were born in our hospital during the same period were collected asnormal control group. qEEG parameter values of two groups of children were determined,serum levels of nerve injury indexes, nerve apoptosis indexes and oxidative stress indexes werecompared between the two groups, and Pearson test was used to evaluate the inner link betweenqEEG parameter values and disease severity in children with HIE. Results: qEEG Fp1, Fp2,C3, C4, T3, T4, O1 and O2 loci power spectrum values of observation group were significantlylower than those of normal control group. Serum NSE, NPY, S-100B and MBP contents inobservation group were higher than those in normal control group; nerve apoptosis indexessFas, sFasL and Caspase-3 contents were higher than those in normal control group whileBcl-2 content was lower than that in normal control group; serum oxidative stress indexesAOPP and MDA contents were higher than those in normal control group while SOD contentwas lower than that in normal control group. Pearson test showed that qEEG Fp1, Fp2, C3, C4,T3, T4, O1 and O2 loci power spectrum values in children with HIE were directly correlatedwith the contents of nerve injury indexes, nerve apoptosis indexes and oxidative stress indexes.Conclusion: The qEEG parameter values in children with HIE are lower than those in normalchildren, and the specific values are closely related to the severity of the disease.
机译:目的:研究定量脑电图(qEEG)对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)预后的评估价值及其与血清学指标的关系。方法:收集2013年4月至2017年2月在我院住院治疗的76例HIE患儿作为观察组,将同期在我院出生的50例健康新生儿作为正常对照组。确定两组儿童的qEEG参数值,比较两组儿童的血清神经损伤指数,神经细胞凋亡指数和氧化应激指数,并采用皮尔逊检验评估qEEG参数值与疾病严重程度之间的内在联系。 IE结果:观察组的qEEG Fp1,Fp2,C3,C4,T3,T4,O1和O2基因座功率谱值均显着低于正常对照组。观察组血清NSE,NPY,S-100B和MBP含量均高于正常对照组。神经凋亡指标Fas,sFasL和Caspase-3的含量高于正常对照组,而Bcl-2的含量低于正常对照组。血清氧化应激指标AOPP和MDA含量均高于正常对照组,而SOD含量低于正常对照组。皮尔逊检验显示,HIE患儿qEEG的Fp1,Fp2,C3,C4,T3,T4,O1和O2基因座功率谱值与神经损伤指数,神经细胞凋亡指数和氧化应激指数的含量直接相关。 HIE患儿的参数值低于正常患儿,具体值与疾病的严重程度密切相关。
