摘要

The paths opened by technology have brought the possibility of exploring new scales and inaugurated a new way of understanding Nature from the Nanotechnology. Developed through an ultrasophisticated technoscientific apparatus, it makes the reflection about its infinite reaches and risks be driven by the uncertainty of the scientific models that create this new reality. In this area, Law is obliged to face complex and interdisciplinary issues, often based on a scientism that confers genuineness and credibility only on what it produces and which, due to the speed with which news transmutes, is in complete disagreement with the rhythm of legal dogma. This study, therefore, uses the inductive method of investigation, with the use of essentially bibliographical research and aims to reflect on the challenges imposed to the Legal Science, in order to indicate the need to strengthen the own parameters of decision that lead, from the best way possible, to address the nuances and challenges posed by nanotechnology.
