Multicultural preparation of teachers in the system of post-diploma pedagogical education (in-plant training)

Different approaches over are brought to determination of multicultural education. Lights up the state of introduction of multicultural approach in the system of formation of Ukraine (general, higher educational establishments and system of post-diploma pedagogical education). The necessity of multicultural preparation of teachers is grounded for the system of post-diploma pedagogical education of Ukraine (in-plant trainings teachers). Rotined prospects of introduction of the universal special courses on multicultural preparation for all categories of teachers.
