Cuff, MD, discussed a study that compared anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA) with reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) for treatment of post-capsulorrhaphy arthropathy. Researchers found RSA was more reliable compared with anatomic TSA, and had a lower complication rate and no revision surgeries.
