Polri members' Perception of Organizational Change Management

摘要

This study aims to determine the perception of members of the Indonesian National Police towards organizational change management. This research was conducted in April until June 2018 at the Metrojaya Regional Police, South Sulawesi Regional Police and Bengkulu Regional Police. The population is all members of the National Police in the territory of Indonesia. Samples were 800 members of the National Police in the Metrojaya, South Sulawesi and Bengkulu regions. The data source was primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics using a Likert scale. The results showed that members of the National Police did not agree if there was a change in organizational structure and strongly agreed if there was a change in leadership.
