摘要

This research will examine organizational culture, management leadership style and individual commitment in a high-technology based organization. The purpose is to first determine if workers and managements respective perceptions are the same and secondly to try and understand whether or not these perceptions affect organizational outcomes.rnStructurual Equation Modeling (SEM) will be used as the statistical technique. Its use, compared to multiple regression, includes interpretation even in the face of multicollinearity and multiple dependents as well as the incorporation and integration of both path and factor analyses. Path analysis involves the estimation of presumed causal relations among observed variables. A path diagram has been developed for this study and AMOS, a statistical software package for performing SEM, distributed by SPSS, will be used.rnThis research will add to the body of knowledge in practical application of organizational culture, leadership style and individual commitment in high-technology based organizations.
