摘要

To carry out the implementation of Knowledge Management System (KMS) in the Dual Educational Model use Canvas Model was chosen to analyze the elements required in an institution of higher education to that purpose, as necessary analysis and design of this technological tool using conceptual frameworks that facilitate their development and implementation. The KMS will allow users to generate questions about any doubts during his tenure at the company where running an integrated project to complement with the practice, those skills they acquire in the classroom. The goal of KMS is to generate a database with the participation of multiple stakeholders, to provide solutions to the questions of the initial user, who while taking into account the usefulness of the response, performs the evaluation of it as perceived usefulness and later give feedback to employees, in order to generate in all participants the development of generic and specific skills. This study answers the question: What are the essential elements of Canvas model for the implementation of a Knowledge Management System in dual education? The results show the requirements of logistics, technology and pedagogy that must be agreed upon by the institutions and also address some decisions that are the responsibility of teachers during the design and implementation of the tool in question.
