摘要

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of online training management system on autonomous learning ability of probationer nurses. Methods A total of 126 probationer nurses from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected by cluster sampling method. The online training management, consisting of electronic record, notice and announcement, reference download, examination, practice and feedback, was established and applied to probationer nurses. The Nursing professional college students' autonomous learning assessment scale was used to assess the autonomous learning ability. Results The score of assessment was (81.70±4.24) before training and was (92.91±4.93) after training, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Probationer nurses achieved a higher levels of selfmanagement and acquire information skill after training (P<0.05). Conclusion Online training management system can improve nursing students’ autonomous learning ability.
