Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of problembased learning (PBL) teaching methods based on medical video in teaching of Communicable Diseases Nursing. Methods A total of 100 nursing students from secondary vocational school were assigned to the observation group (n=47) and the control group (n=53). The students in the observation group were taught by PBL teaching method based on medical video, and students in the control group received conventional teaching methods. Selfmade questionnaire was use to investigate the evaluation of students on different teaching methods in two groups. The mastery of communicable diseases nursing was assessed by closedbook examination. Results Students in the observation group achieved a higher score in theoretical knowledge assessment compared with the control group (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, more students in the observation group considered the PBL teaching method based on medical video as an better way of improving learning wills, initiative, independent thinking skills, problemsolving skills, cooperation conscious and selfexpression ability (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The satisfaction rate on teaching method was 97.87% in the observation group and was 77.36% in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion PBL teaching method based on medical video can enhance the mastery of communicable diseases nursing knowledge and skills in students. It can also increase teaching quality of teachers and learning initiative in students.
机译:摘要:目的探讨基于医学视频的基于问题的学习(PBL)教学方法在传染病护理教学中的作用。方法将中等职业学校护生100名,分为观察组(n = 47)和对照组(n = 53)。观察组学生采用基于医学视频的PBL教学法进行教学,对照组学生采用常规教学法。用自制问卷对两组学生在不同教学方式下的评价进行调查。通过闭卷考试评估对传染病护理的掌握程度。结果观察组学生的理论知识评价得分高于对照组(P <0.01)。与对照组相比,观察组中有更多的学生认为基于医学视频的PBL教学方法是提高学习意愿,主动性,独立思考能力,解决问题能力,合作意识和自我表达能力的更好方法(P <0.05或P <0.01)。观察组对教学方法的满意率为97.87%,对照组为77.36%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论基于医学视频的PBL教学方法可以提高学生对传染病护理知识和技能的掌握。它还可以提高教师的教学质量和学生的学习积极性。
