摘要

:Objective To explore the application effect of APP intelligent quality management system in the management of operating room. Methods 〓In operating room, routine nursing management was used from January to June 2017(before implementation), while APP intelligent quality management system was applied from July to December 2017(after implementation). The nursing quality scores, adverse events, and the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing services were all compared before and after implementation. Results 〓In terms of basic care, specialist care, nursing records, critical patient care, emergency drugs and device management, environmental and safety management, the nursing quality scores of nurses in operating room after implementation were higher than those before implementation(P0.01). The incidence of adverse events including incorrect number of surgical instruments, incomplete equipments, incomplete first-aid kits, leakage of drugs, non-standard placement of drug devices, and unclear drug/instrument identification after implementation was obviously lower than that before implementation(P0.05). The satisfactory degrees of patients to nursing services were 87.50%(105/120)before implementation and 98.33%(118/120)after implementation, and there was statistical significance(χ2=10.699, P=0.011). Conclusion 〓APP intelligent quality management system can effectively improve the quality of operating room nursing service, reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the patients' satisfactory degree.
