Abstract:Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical nursing experience of lumbar disc herniation patients treated by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy. Methods Clinical materials of 38 lumbar disc herniation patients treated by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy were collected and they were given clinical nursing intervention. Pain, anxiety and quality of life score in 38 cases were observed. Results After 6 months of follow-up, 38 patients recovered well. No patients had incision infection, and 1 patient had postoperative recurrence. Postoperative pain, anxiety, quality of life significantly improved when compared with those before operation (P0.05). Conclusion Application of clinical nursing intervention measures can achieve good effects in treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients treated by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy.
