乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇母乳喂养认知及家庭支持态度调查

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the cognition status of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infected pregnant women on breastfeeding, and to understand whether their families support breast feeding or not, so as to formulate the strategies to promote breastfeeding behavior of pregnant women with HBV infection. Methods 〓A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 40 pregnant women with HBV infection. Results 〓The breast feeding cognitive score of HBV infection pregnant women was(7.25±5.62)points, which was at a low level. In terms of family support assessment, the item “substitute milk power for breastfeeding” ranked relative higher(3.44±0.65)points, and the item “family members wish to take breastfeeding ” ranked relative lower(2.25±0.64 points). This indicated that family members did not expect mothers to breastfeed babies. Conclusion 〓The cognition and family support of HBV infected pregnant women on breast feeding is not optimistic, which indicates that it is urgent to promote breastfeeding by improving the breastfeeding cognition of family members.
