品管圈活动在推进急诊科护理人员手卫生中的作用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the quality control cycle(QCC)activity in hand hygiene control of nurses in emergency department. Methods   Totally 38 nurses in emergency department were enrolled in this study. The QCC activity was carried and the qualified rate of hand hygiene was observed before and after implementation of QCC activity. Results   The implementation rate of hand hygiene increased from 65.1%(285/438)to 79.1%(296/374)after QCC activities(P0.01). The qualified rate of hand hygiene increased from 61.1%(174/285)to 79.4%(235/296)after QCC activities(P0.01). Conclusion  Quality control cycle activity may improve the compliance of hand hygiene in emergency nurses, which can help to reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
