摘要

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between anxiety and depression and physical exercise in Senior High School Students. Methods   A cluster random sampling method was used to extract 320 students from two high school in Changsha city. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess the negative emotion of students. Result   Totally 300 valid questionnaires were collected. The overall incidence of anxiety and depression in high school students was 29.0% and 21.3%, respectively. There were significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS among high school students with different frequency and time of exercise(P0.05 or P0.01). High school students who participate in physical exercise three times a week and above and with 31~90 min per time have lower severity of anxiety and depression. Conclusion   Taking physical exercise can regulate and improve the mood of high school students.
机译:摘要:目的探讨高中生焦虑,抑郁与体育锻炼的关系。方法采用聚类随机抽样法从长沙市两所高中抽取320名学生。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对学生的负面情绪进行评估。结果总共收集了300份有效问卷。高中生焦虑和抑郁的总发生率分别为29.0%和21.3%。不同运动频率和时间的高中生SAS,SDS评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01)。高中生每周参加3次以上运动,每次运动31〜90分钟,焦虑和抑郁的严重程度较低。结论体育锻炼可以调节和改善高中生的情绪。
