Document Management in a Railway Braking Systems

摘要

The basic requirement of successful business is the speed of making management decisions which are basedon the quality of the elements of production and business intelligence, human resources and operating space of thecompany. For making quality decisions, companies must have an appropriate information system which will integratethe processes of planning, management and control in a single unit. Optimal functioning can be achieved if there is aconvenient way of information exchange among all the participants in all processes in the company. Presentation andtransfer of information in technical applications is realized by various documents. For that reason, enterprises shouldhave an appropriate document management system also. This paper describes one possible solution of documentmanagement in brake systems for rail vehicles.
