The branches of GO hierarchical trees without significantly enriched GO terms are not shown. The circle size of each node indicates the number of genes with that GO term. The color of each node represents the enrichment score. Red and blue colored nodes indicate the high enrichment scores of expressed genes in premature and mature ovaries, respectively.
