The Personnel Support Program of Oil Fields Development Projects:An Informational Approach

The study presents the rating of the Russian universities where specialists of oil and gas branch aretrained; considers the main programs of dynamic modeling, options of the problem solution of trainingpersonnel by means of new information technologies. The scheme of cost calculation of works on a coursedevelopment is offered; the analysis of the principles of the advance education and the social order is carriedout; results of sociological research on a question of need and significance of personnel support of petroleumand geological education are presented.
