Just recently, I implemented a new system of communication in my bakery. I call it 'non-verbal communication.' It's simple to use, and because we have employees ranging from high school age to mature adult, I've seen it bridge gaps.rnNon-verbal communication causes people who would ordinarily never say a word to open up, and for the person who truly cares about work relationships, they can continue to have hope. I've seen this method also help the frustrated person to voice their opinion while the angry person says their piece too, without an argument to follow.
