Here is another example of utilizing singular beer elements. This time, we will also use a complementary beer in the dessert. The ice cream is steeped in two distinct spices used in many Belgian beers, most notably wit, as well as some farmhouse ales. For the cake I used a porter crafted this fall at the brewery, but you could use any porter that suits your fancy.
