The Golden Caress

In this issue's 'In My View' I would like to take you back to your childhood. Let's talk about some of those great feelings we get from our food memories that I call 'the golden caress.'rnI've been doing this pastry fandango for some thirty-two years now. During this time I've been following food trends, and I've always noticed how differently people eat from each other. I've come to the conclusion that food is memory (i.e., the golden caress).
