The Professional Culinary Institute, a premier chef-owned culinary school based inrnCampbell, CA, has recently opened an Orlando campus. Headed by PCI PresidentrnRichard Battista, the school will offer a stellar lineup of food and wine programs in arnstate-of-the-art facility. The school's culinary and pastry arts programs will begin withrn16 students in each class. Certified Master Chef Klaus Freidenreich will oversee thernculinary program, while renowned Certified Master Pastry Chef Chris Northmore willrnlead the pasty program. Northmore, executive pastry chef at the Everglades Clubrnin Palm Beach, FL, has earned multiple gold medals at the Culinary Olympics andrnis has been featured prominently in several pastry books and magazines.
