CHOCOLATE TRENDSETTERS

The Fine Chocolate Industry Association held their first annual Fine Chocolate Recognition of Excellence awards recently. These awards recognize contributions to the fine chocolate industry and a passion for working with chocolate. Winners included Gary Guittard (Lifetime Achievement); Fran Bigelow (Outstanding Fine Chocolatier, North America); Robert Linxe (Outstanding Fine Chocolatier, Europe); and Dr. Robert Steinberg (posthumously for Outstanding Service to the Fine Chocolate Industry).
