QUALITATIVE AND STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MANIFESTATION OF CHROMOSOME NUCLEOLAR ORGANIZER REGIONS IN BREAST CANCER CELLS

摘要

Qualitative differential analysis and assessment of 44,404 major morphofunctional types of nucleoli were done for Ag-positive puncture samples taken from 50 patients with glandular breast cancer. It was demonstrated that morphofunctional types of nucleoli and extranucleolar argentophilic granules varying in their activity were related to the degree of proliferative activity, malignant transformation, and dystrophic changes in tumor cells.
