How much is safety a client's responsibility?

The latest health and safety statistics, out last week, reveal that construction is still the most dangerous industry in Great Britain. There were 42 construction workers who were fatally injured at work in the year to March 2014.That is three more than the year before. Every one of these lives cut short is a tragedy. And every one of these deaths should be avoidable.
