Deutsche Bauchemie e.V. (German Association for the manufacturers of chemical products for the building industry) sponsors professorship at the TU Berlin

The Verein der Deutschen Bauchemie e.V. is encouraging scientific education and research in the field of building chemistry by means of the generous sponsorship of the professorship "Building Materials and Building Chemistry" at the Technical University of Berlin. It is resident at the Institut fuer Bauingenieurwesen (Institute of Civil Engineering) of Faculty VI - Planning/Building/Environment. The corresponding contract was signed on 9th April 2008 in Berlin by the President of the TU Berlin, Prof. Dr. Kurt Kutzler, the Deacon of Faculty VI, Prof. Dr. Rudolf Schafer, the Chairman of Deutsche Bauchemie e.V., Dr. Alfred Kern, and the Executive Manager of the Industry Association, Dipl.-Ing. Norbert Schroeter.%Der Verein der Deutschen Bauchemie e.V. forciert die wissenschaftliche Ausbildung und Forschung an der Technischen Universität Berlin im Bereich der Bauchemie durch die großzügige Unterstützung der Professur „Baustoffe und Bauchemie". Sie ist am Institut für Bauingenieurwesen der Fakultät VI - Planen Bauen Umwelt angesiedelt. Der entsprechende Vertrag wurde am 9. April 2008 in Ber- lin vom Präsidenten der TU Berlin, Prof. Dr. Kurt Kutz-ler, dem Dekan der Fakultät VI, Prof. Dr. Rudolf Schäfer, dem Vorstandsvorsitzenden der Deutschen Bauchemie e.V., Dr. Alfred Kern und dem Hauptgeschäftsführer des Industrieverbandes, Dipl.-Ing. Norbert Schröter, unterzeichnet.
