GAZ METRO AND FLUXYS TO DEVELOP THE LNG MARKET IN CANADA AND EUROPE

Gaz Metro, the major energy supplier in Quebec, Canada, and Fluxys, a natural gas transportation provider based in Brussels, Belgium, have signed an agreement to pool their expertise to stimulate markets for liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) for industries and the transport sector in Canada and Europe. This agreement will allow an exchange of information and expertise in LNG and CNG, including technical, commercial, contractual, regulatory, fiscal and administrative skills.
