Forum for Chinese Young Scholars and Ph.D. Candidates of International Law

摘要

On 27–28 October 2006, Wuhan University Law School, the Institute of International Law and Chinese Society of International Law (CSIL) co-sponsored at Wuhan University a Forum for Chinese Young Scholars and Ph.D. Candidates of International Law. This forum was characterized by the vigorous participants, all of whom are young scholars and Ph.D. candidates of international law under the age of 45. Centering on the general topic International Legal Issues in Establishing an Harmonious World, more than 80 scholars and Ph.D. candidates from about 20 Chinese universities participated in the forum, while some 75 papers concerning classic theory, frontline issues and practical hotspots in international law were submitted.
