摘要

Mg~(2+) can lead to the fluorescence enhancement of a dye molecule as high as 47.3-fold while L-proline acts as a promoter in this multicomponent sensory system. The fluorescence color could be easily detected by the naked eye under a UV-lamp. Fluorescent sensors are currently attracting considerable attention due to their potential applications in biological and environmental fields and in development of logic gates.1 The superiority of fluorescent sensors over other types of sensors {e.g., ion-selective electrodes, UV-vis spectrometry) lies in their sensitivity, selectivity, rapid response and high spatial resolution via microscopic imaging.
