Un Nuevo Mannophryne (Anura: Dendrobatidae) del Estado Falcon, con Comentarios sobre la Conervacion del Genero en el Noroeste de Venezuela

A new species of Mannophryne from Sierra de Churuguara, Falcon state, northwestern ven- ezuela, is described. The new species differs from its congeners mainly by having rugged dorsal skin (smooth or partially smooth in some specimens), lacking tubercles; snout tip rounded in dorsal and lateral view; cloacal fold very short, with smooth margin; toe web formal: I(0.5-1.0), -0.5II(1.0-1.5)-1III(0.5-1.0)- (0.5-1.0)IV0.5-(0.5-1.0)V; inguinal streak present, yellow in live (cream in preservative); collar present, dark brown, wide, with minute pale dots.
