Louis E. Capuano, Jr. has been elected by his peers on the GRC Board of Directors to be the next President of the GRC. He replaces Richard Campbell, who remains on the Board of Directors as Past President. Lou Capuano earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1971. That same year, he joined Signal Oil and Gas Company in Louisiana as a drilling engineer, working on land rigs, inland barge rigs, offshore platforms, jack-up drilling rigs, and semi-submer sibles.
