A new 20 litre measure for facilitating metrological controls of fuel dispensers

A new 20 litre measure for monitoring fuel dispensers is described. Its design objectives include greater accuracy, automatic temperature compensation, ease of use, and resistance to diesel foaming. While of direct benefit for legal metrology, the new features make it equally relevant to health and safety, environmental and commercial interests.
