Two vie for £4bn Peabody job

Peabody has shortlisted two developers for its £4bn Thamesmead Waterfront regeneration scheme in the London borough of Greenwich. Lendlease and Morgan Sindall are the final two bidders vying to work with the housing association to build 11,500 homes on the 250-acre site, which has 2.5km of undeveloped riverfront. The winner, to be chosen this summer, will also help transform 1 million ft~2 of town centre space.
