Aedas files contentious Gateway scheme

Designs by Aedas for one of the Thames Gateway's biggest regeneration schemes have been submitted for planning.rnThe ￡700 million, 3,500 home Convoys Wharf project in Dept-ford, south-east London, was originally worked up by the then Richard Rogers Partnership. The scheme has since been "tweaked" by Aedas following a change of ownership of the site.
