Bill Mauzy is a landscape photographer in the traditional sense, with the roots of his creative vision reaching back to the early days of the art form. Appropriately, the spawning seed came from an Ansel Adams poster his college roommate had hung on a wall in their shared space."I must have looked at that poster nearly every day for six months," Mauzy remembers. "One evening, in a flash of inspiration, I finally 'saw' it. I suddenly realized what a truly wonderful image I was looking at. Better yet, it occurred to me that I might be able to do something like it."
