Clover Hill

The Clover Hill vineyard is situated in the Pipers River region of north east Tasmania. It was one of the first vineyards in Tasmania planted solely for producing method traditionnelle sparkling wines, with the first commercial vintage of Clover Hill released in 1991.rnFruit from this property is also used to produce base wine for the Taltarni Brut and Brut Tache. A second vineyard is currently being developed at Tea Tree, in the Coal Valley, in the south of Tasmania.
