If you want to get caught up in the discounting vortex because your business lacks the initiative to conduct some elementary research, then go right ahead. But, for those of you who want your business to grow, you need to attract new customers. As discussed, any wine producer can study the market and respond to the needs of consumers as they change. All it takes is some skill and a little bit of elbow grease.
