摘要

Institutional economic theory has reached impressive results, from development forecasting transactional sectors of national economies to understanding the essence of development and evolution of economic institutions. At the same time, there is little economic literature on ordering institutional systems, under their multifactorial description and analysis. Research is complicated because of the huge set of worldwide economic institutions. For some narrowing of the problem, we will limit this study to a multifactorial system regional level of institutions of development.
