In Jumeirah Palm, Dubai,a quality residential complex is organized with a taut, vibrant aspect in both its concept一 narrow units on a z-shape plan - and its materialization 一 white with textured glazing. Each unit looks seawards, prow-like as a complex and prow-like as a unit, leaving slits and air to join the various components. The aim is also for each unit and the complex as a whole to share the individual and the collective.
