Ecuadorean Statistical Association

The S.E.E. is a scientific association created in 1998 to gather people in Ecuador who are dedicated to the research, teaching, and promotion of statistics as an applied and basic science. Currently, there are two offices, located in Guayaquil and Quito. Objectives of the S.E.E. are to create and promote publications, hold seminars, assist other institutions, and research statistics independently and in cooperation with other national and foreign societies. Currently, the S.E.E. has an agreement of mutual membership with the InterAmerican Statistical Institute (IASI) and cooperates with other statistics societies in the United States.
