EA-6B PROWLERS from Marine Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron (VMAQ) 2 'Death Jesters' returned home to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, from their final deployment in the Middle East. The last of the four US Marine Corps Prowler squadrons had flown the final six aircraft in the US military inventory from AI Udeid Air Base, Qatar for seven months. Missions were flown in support of United States Central Command during operations Resolute Support and Freedom's Sentinel in Afghanistan as well as Inherent Resolve in Iraq and Syria. VMAQ-2 is part of Marine Aircraft Group 14, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing.
