Leading with Honor is a sobering tale of the life of a POW under Vietnamese rule and authority over the span of 5 1/2 years. The book draws on the author's experience as a POW and translates lessons learned during that time into leadership lessons that can be applied in everyday life. The book focuses on building and maintaining effective leadership practices founded on "doing the right thing" even when no one is looking.
