丝裂霉素C在鼻腔泪囊吻合术中的应用

To evaluate the application of mitomycin C in dacryocystorhinostomy.MethodsOne hundred andforty patients with chronic dacryocystitis were randomly assigned to endoscopic surgery and traditional surgical modality. Two groups were further divided into mitomycin C subgroup and control subgroup. The cure rates of subgroups were observed and compared.ResultsThe cure rates of control and mitomycin subgroups with traditional modality were 76.47% and 97.22% re-spectively; the cure rates of control and mitomycin subgroups with endoscopic surgery were 81.58% and 97.62% respectively. There were no statistical differences in cure rate between endoscopic and traditional groups; while there were significant differences in cure rate between control and mitomycin subgroups in both surgical modality groups.ConclusionNasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is safe and efficient for chronic dacryocystitis and the application of mitomycin C may further improve the surgical cure rate.%目的 探讨丝裂霉素C 在鼻腔泪囊吻合术中临床应用.方法 回顾分析140 例慢性泪囊炎患者,按治疗方法不同随机分为外路鼻腔泪囊吻合术组与鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术组,两组按术中是否应用丝裂霉素棉片又分别分为对照组和治疗组.随访两组手术效果.结果 其中外路鼻腔泪囊吻合术对照组治愈率为76.47%;治疗组治愈率为97.22%.鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊对照组治愈率为81.58%;治疗组治愈率为97.62%.两个不同手术方式组间手术治愈率无统计学差异性.两组内对照组与治疗组间手术治愈率均存在统计学上差异性.结论 鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎是安全、有效的,且该术式与传统外路鼻腔泪囊吻合术相比具有较好的优势,应用丝裂霉素于慢性泪囊炎治疗是安全且有效的,能明显提高手术的成功率.
