300 MW烟煤机组防结焦改造方案的数值模拟研究

         

摘要

针对300 MW烟煤机组燃用易结焦劣质烟煤出现较严重的结焦问题,提出了将二次风切圆缩小、降低炉内气流旋转强度的改造方案。采用数值模拟方法对改造前后炉内燃烧过程进行研究。通过分析、比较改造前后炉内的速度场、煤粉颗粒轨迹、温度场以及浓度场分布,并对改造效果进行了分析,发现改后炉内的结焦状况得到了明显缓解,验证了该改造方案的合理性。%For the burning of the 300 MW bituminous coal coking unit coal coking problem appeared seriously, put forward two wind circle, narrow transformation scheme for lowering rotation strength of air in the furnace. A numerical simulation method is used to study the combustion process in the furnace. Through the analysis, comparison before and after the transformation of furnace velocity ifeld, particle trajectory, temperature ifeld and concentration ifeld distribution, and the reconstruction effect is analyzed, found that the coking status of furnace after the change has been eased signiifcantly, to verify the rationality of the transformation plan.
