乌鲁瓦提水库自动化管理系统升级改造与运用

         

摘要

乌鲁瓦提水库综合自动化管理系统建成于2002年,由于运行时间长,设备老化严重、故障频繁,加上当时技术水平较低,已不能满足水库现代化管理的需求,急需进行升级改造。在分析水库流域水文情势和电站自动化管理要求的基础上,在水库上游干支流增设了自动化水文测站,并采用先进的计算机系统、光纤传输系统、北斗卫星信息传输技术对原综合自动化管理系统进行了改造。改造升级后的系统全面提升了乌鲁瓦提电站运行管理水平,大大提高了水库洪水预报、防汛预警能力,有力地保障了水库的运行安全,并取得了较好的经济效益。%The comprehensive automatic management system of Wuluwati reservoir was established in 2002, due to long opera-tion period, the device aging of the system is serious, plus lower technological level in that time, the system can not meet the modernization management requirement of the reservoir and its upgrading and reformation is urgent. On the basis of analysis on hydrological regime in the reservoir basin and the requirement of the reservoir automatic management, several automatic hydrology stations were set on the main river and branches of Wuluwati River and the comprehensive automatic management system was re-constructed by advanced computer technology, optical fiber transmission technology, Beidou satellite information transmission technology. The new system upgraded the overall management level of the reservoir, greatly improved the flood forecast level and pre-warning level, which guaranteed the safe operation of the reservoir and obtained better economic benefits.
