双螺旋等径不等螺距分级装置的设计及运动仿真

         

摘要

[ Objective ] Dimensions grading of fresh apricots without damaging the pulp and peel is a key processes before promoting the subsequent processing and packaging of fresh apricots. [ Method ] The shortages of present grader have been analyzed in this paper. The double spiral grader device has been designed. [Result]It' s been proved to be a reasonable design through computer modeling and motion simulation. [ Conclusion]The size -grading machine as pre -treatment equipment which was based on this technology for apricot cutting and pitting line has been applied in vegetable - fruit process enterprise.%[目的]为了提高杏切分去核机械化作业的质量,促进后续加工产品的开发,进行了新型果蔬分级机构的设计,并确定关键工作部件的参数.[方法]在分析现有基于外形尺寸分级新鲜水果存在的问题的基础上,设计了双螺旋不等螺距分级装置,进行了计算机建模和运动仿真.[结果]验证了该分级机关键装置结构设计的合理性.[结论]通过计算机建模和运动仿真,可及时修改设计参数,避免结构设计缺陷,确保了分级机分级精度.利用研究内容,设计的尺寸分级机已经在企业中作为杏切分去核前处理设备得到了应用.
