品管圈活动在降低体检报告出错率中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨品管圈在降低体检报告出错率方面的应用和效果。方法：2015年3月至同年6月，我院体检科以降低体检报告出错率为主题，开展为期14周的品管圈活动。具体内容包括主题确定，拟定活动计划，现状把握，目标设定，问题解析，拟定和实施对策，比较改善前后在体检报告出错率方面的变化。结果：整改后，体检报告出错次数由12.5次/周，下降到5次/周，目标达成率105.63%，进步率60%，结果具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：开展品管圈活动，能够改善体检报告的出错率，并且对科室的管理和科室成员的自身发展起到了积极的影响。%Objective:to investigate the effects of implementing quality control circle (Qcc) in decreasing the mistake in physical examination report. Methods:from March 2015 to June 2015, we delivered various activities with the theme of decrease the mistake made in physical examination report for 14 week’s Qcc cycle. speciifc contents included the theme activity, activity plan, We compared the difference before and after the implementation of Qcc.Results: after the Qcc, the mistake made in physical examination report decreased from 12.5 times per week to 5.0 times per week. target reached ratio is 105.63%. Progress rate is 60%. the difference had statistical signiifcance (P<0.01).Conclusion: through Qcc activities, Qcc had a positive impact on administrative section management and self-growth of the ofifce staff.
