Objective: To observe clinical effects of integrative medicines in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Method: All 116 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group. Both groups received routine therapy including colloidal bismuth pectin capsules, amoxicillin and omeprazole. The observation group took YangWei ZhiWeiTang, decocted and took in the morning, afternoon and evening, one dose per day. Two months were one course of treatment and clinical efficacy was assessed after two consecutive courses of treatment. Result: The observation group was higher than the control group in cure rate and total effective rate, the comparison between both groups showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Symptom scores of dyspepsia, dull pain of upper abdomen, abdominal distention and pain in both groups were improved significantly after treating (P<0.05), the observation group was improved more greatly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicines are effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.%目的:观察中西药物联用治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:将116例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为观察组、对照组各58例.2组均给予果胶铋、阿莫西林、奥美拉唑等常规治疗.观察组同时服用中药养胃制萎汤,水煎早中晚分服,1剂/d.2组均以治疗2个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后评价疗效.结果:观察组痊愈率、总有效效均高于对照组,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).消化不良、上腹部隐痛、腹胀痛等症状积分2组治疗后均有明显降低(P＜0.05),且观察组较对照组改善降低(P＜0.05).结论:中西药物联用治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著.
